Kentucky law allows access to many public records, but those records do not all live in one database. The Pendleton County Sheriff's Office may create or receive arrest information, Bourbon County Regional Detention Center maintains records for adults booked into its custody, and the Kentucky Department of Corrections publishes information about people in state custody or under state supervision through Kentucky Offender Online Lookup. Courts hold the later case history and final disposition. This site organizes links, contact details, and request steps for those separate official sources. It does not copy, store, or display booking photographs.
